• Outlook: The global economic downturn which started in October 2008 has resulted in reduction of consumer spending which in return affected the Group's entertainment business.
• The Group shall exercise caution and would acquire movies which are produced by renowned producers and staged by popular stars for its theatrical and video distribution business.
• The Group's current joint-ventured content production includes a blockbuster movie 'Treasure Hunter" starring superstars Jay Chou and Lin Chi Ling which is scheduled to be released in December 2009.
• On 30 May 2009, the Group successfully staged Aaron Kwok's concert and turned in a reasonable profit reversing a loss making trend in its live entertainment productions and concerts business.
• The Group shall move from here to secure the right to stage live performances of superstars to further improve its profits.
• Barring any unforeseen circumstances, the Group expects a profit for FY2010.
